• Tampa, Florida is one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the United States and offers a great quality of life. The Metropolitan statistical area includes Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater, Florida. 


• Tampa is located on the west coast of Florida near the Gulf of Mexico and the county seat of Hillsborough. With a population of 399,700 (2018 US Census Bureau), it is the third most populated city in Florida with an increasing growth of about 1.3% a year (almost twice the national rate). 


• Prices of residential properties are growing at a brisk pace but remain affordable when compared to other real estate markets with a Median single-family home sale price of $236,000 compared to the the U.S. median of $266,900 (2018 Q3 NAR)
