Provide guidance and assist in the purchase &/or sale of property
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
Complete and manage all appropriate paperwork and documentation (contracts, addenda, etc)
Mediate negotiations between buyer(s), seller(s), and respective agents
Assist in purchasing/selling property for the right price under the best terms
Promote property through advertisements, social media, open houses and listing services
Continued education courses to remain knowledgeable about real estate and best practices
Participate in area workshops and networking events
Market property for rental
Screen and procure tenant(s)
Lease execution: complete appropriate paperwork for lease agreement and renewals
Rent Collection: collection of monthly payments
Lease enforcement
Evictions: file appropriate paperwork with court
Inspection: regular inspections of tenant occupied property to ensure appropriate upkeep
Maintenance: coordinate and oversee necessary repairs, lawncare, and home maintenance
Accounting and Reporting: provide invoice(s) to owners for services provided by contractors/vendors
Property Evaluation: recommend work to maintain and increase property value
